Step-1

Open Eclipse(for me its eclipse Helios version 3.6) and go to Help > Install New Software

Step-2

Click Add >

Name: Perforce Plugin

Location: http://www.perforce.com/downloads/http/p4-eclipse/install/3.6/

> OK

Step-3

Check only 'Core'

Then Click Next > finish

Step-4

Click on 'Open Perspective' button > other...

Step-5

Click Perforce > ok

Perforce will be shown in perspective tab bar

Step-6

Click Perforce > New Connection(identified by + icon)

Step-7

Give appropriate inputs in the server connection wizard as follows:

Select a perforce client workspace,if you have already created, else create a new > Finish

Step-9

Explore your depot
Here i am selecting two projects that i need from the depot

Step-10

Import these two directories as Project
Right click on the projects you want to import > click Import as Project
Here i have imported my required two projects

Now projects are imported to eclipse. These will look like the following in eclipse package explorer
